dit document beschrijft hoe je in LS monitors troubleshoot (niet gescand, bv)

  * Full output from the following tool: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/monitor_info_view.html ;. Run the tool on the Windows computer the missing monitor is connected to.
  * If possible, a photo of the serial of the missing monitor. There should be a sticker on the monitor somewhere.
  * Export of the registry hive, run on the Windows computer with the incorrect monitor information:
<code>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\DISPLAY</code>
  * The output of the following two PowerShell commands, run on the Windows computer with the incorrect monitor information:
<code>Get-WmiObject -Query "Select * FROM WMIMonitorID" -Namespace root\wmi
Get-WmiObject -Query "Select * FROM Win32_PnPEntity where PNPdeviceid like 'DISPLAY\\%'" -Namespace root\cimv2</code>

We recommend compressing these files into an archive (zip/rar/7z) prior to sending them to drastically reduce their size.
